What is Career Coaching?

Career Coaching Structure, Time and Investment
LifeCoachMtl’s coaching structure is set up to fit the schedule and framework of all parties involved. The coaching sessions can be face-to-face, over the phone or Skype.
The initial session upon committing to coaching, called the ‘Discovery’ session, is a 90-minute deep-dive that kick-starts the process, sets goals, and outlines expectations of the coaching relationship moving forward. Thereafter, the duration of sessions are often 60 minutes, or as per agreement. The coachee will be given ‘assignments’ (co-created between the coach and client) to work on between sessions. It’s important to note that time and willingness to take action, especially on these assignments, is necessary in order to successfully integrate new learning and move towards the defined goals.
Cost is based on duration and frequency of meetings.
The initial Discovery session is around 90 min and a one time cost. The following coaching sessions’ are as per agreement, usually 60 mins, Face-to-face, or phone/Skype, meetings as well as email support in between meetings, are included.
